  • Which delivery format should I select?

    Different products on our site are available in different formats. The list of formats a product is available in can be seen on the right-hand side of each product page. Some typical format/license options offered are:
    Electronic:: This product will typically be emailed to you as an attachment, or downloaded from a link sent in an email after receipt of your order and payment. Electronic copy products are typically in PDF format but may also be in Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Access formats. The format that a product is available in is typically specified on that product’s product page. There are various licenses available in electronic format.
    Single User License:Allows one person, typically the buyer, to have access to the ordered product. The ordered product cannot be distributed to anyone else.
    1-5 User License:Allows the ordered product to be shared among a maximum of 5 people within your organization.
    Site License: Typically allows the ordered product to be shared among employees of your organization at one location only.
    Enterprise License: Allows the product to be shared among all employees of your organization regardless of their geographical location.
    Hard Copy:This product will be shipped to you in either hard or soft cover format after receipt of your order and payment.

  • How can I place my order?

    There are various ordering methods available:

    Order Online:This is the fastest method of placing your order with us. From our product pages, simply select the format of the product you wish to order, and then click the “Add to cart” button underneath to add that format option to your Shopping cart. Our website will forward you to your Shopping Cart screen from which you can check out, or continue shopping.

    Order Via Email:Once you have finalized which report you want to purchase, you can send us an email at sales@researchallied.com with your details and report name. You can mention your specific requirements and delivery timelines (If you have any).

  • How do order?

    At Research Allied ™, be rest assured that we work with secured gateways and the information you provide will be treated with utmost responsibility and only for the purchases permitted by you.

    In case you are placing an order on company behalf, we expect you to have complete authorization to make the purchase decision.

    If you are ordering by Email
    We will require you to post all your requirements and queries on sales@researchallied.com and most importantly remember to include all your details including billing & delivery address along with the preferred mode of payment. Our executives will promptly get in touch with you for further guidance in less than 24 hours.

    If you are ordering by phone
    Call us at +1 646-979-1976 to place an order instantly or any queries related to the purchase.

  • What is the checkout process?

    Once you are satisfied that you have all the products you require in your Basket, click the “Proceed to Secure Checkout” button on your Shopping Basket screen to begin checking out. If you are not a registered user, you will have to register at this time, to provide your invoice address and delivery address (if applicable). You can then choose your payment method and confirm your order. If you have any problems ordering please contact us.

  • What payment methods are available?

    We offer a choice of payment modes made available to you are as follows:

    We accept major Credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB and American Express..
    Wire Transfer: After your order has been placed — either online, via fax or via post — an official invoice will be emailed to you if paying via wire transfer or company cheque.

    RESEARCH ALLIED ™ will directly send the invoice to customers purchasing reports, by email and payments have to be made in full before the dispatch of the respective report is initiated from our side.

    We would also like to notify that currency exchange rates to fluctuate and are subject to change from time to time.

  • How will my product be delivered?

    Electronic copy products are typically delivered via email 4-5 business day from receipt of your order and payment, if not sooner. Items that are emailed to you or purchased for ground shipping will take time according to geographic location.
    To ensure that the email we send you ends up in your inbox, and isn’t mistakenly sent to the Spam/Trash folder, please whitelist our email address domains, which is @researchallied.com

  • I have not received my product as yet, what should I do?

    In order to ensure the successful delivery of your order please ensure that there is adequate room in your inbox to receive larger emails. Also, check that your email account is configured to receive both PDF and Word document attachments. It may be necessary to contact your administrator to ensure the email will not be trapped by a spam filter.

  • Does researchallied.com require payment before order dispatch?

    Due to the nature of the products (intellectual properties) we sell we’re afraid that we are not able to arrange for dispatch of an order until payment has been received in full against that order.

  • Refund and Return policy

    Due to the nature of the products we sell (being information based they are essentially consumed as they are purchased and cannot easily be returned) we do not provide refunds for orders, or accept returns.   • Cancellation Policy

  • How does search work?

    Search finds reports containing your keywords in the title as per your specified interest, abstract and table of contents. You can also use Advanced Search and the Search this List tool to customize your search by price, date published, topic, and geographic region.
